All orders ship from our Triloki Trademart office in Jaipur, Rajasthan 302019. Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Saturday, with the exception of public Indian holidays. Orders “awaiting” are being processed by our warehouse and will be shipped as soon as we can. Our current processing time is 7-10 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon your order is shipped. Items in your order may ship separately to speed up processing and you may receive. Please allow up to 2 business days from dispatch for your tracking number to update. Some tracking numbers may take up to 7 days for tracking to update.
