Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product.

We accept return if product is broken only. We just Replace piece to piece we don’t refund for items.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Delivery Time

In case you receive any of our products in damaged or torn condition, we will replace the same with a new one in your next box or we can send the replacement within 15 working days. We will collect the package from your original delivery location. The intimation of the product quality should be given to us within 24 hours of receiving the box.

An order placed can be cancelled within one hour of placement only. To cancel your order, please email us at Support@MoonChild.in with your order ID, and reason for cancellation.

Refund Policy: In case of orders delivered in damaged or torn condition, we first would send out a replacement.
